UK Returns

At Heat from the Spire, we want our customers to be happy and for every item to fit properly. That’s why we offer a 14-day hassle-free returns policy for UK customers, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Please note that we do not accept returns outside of this 14-day window.

If you’d like to return an item, please use the returns form provided in your parcel. If for any reason you do not have a returns form, Please use our returns address below:

    PLEASE ENCLOSE YOUR ORDER DETAILS IN THE PARCEL, INCLUDING :

    • Full Name
    • Address
    • Order Number
    • Phone Number.

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Be in original, unworn condition with tags unpopped
    • Include all original packaging
    • Within 14 days of delivery

    Please note:

    • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
    • Any original fees and postage from the point of sale are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

    • Gift cards
    • Items returned outside the 14-day returns window
    • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage upon return
    • Items returned without original packaging or tags


    International Orders

    At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.

    Due to the high costs associated with international return shipping, customs handling, import duties, and administrative processing, we are unable to accommodate international returns. These charges are often unpredictable and can exceed the value of the item itself.
