Delivery Options (UK Orders)

When placing an order through our store, you’ll be able to choose from the following delivery options:

  • HFTS Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days) – £0
  • HFTS Premium Delivery (1–2 Working Days) – £6
  • HFTS Premium Plus Delivery (Next Day Delivery – Order Before 2pm Monday–Friday) – £10.99

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using a tracked and signature-required service for added security and peace of mind.

If you require your item urgently, we recommend selecting HFTS Premium Plus Delivery at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, all parcels are sent tracked and signed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS using tracked and signed services.

International shipping charges are as follows:

  • Europe – £25
  • Australia, America, Asia & ROW – £35

Please note:

  • All international orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total.
  • Any customs charges incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for customs delays, duties, or taxes applied by your local authorities.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you’re unsure about potential charges.
